  • 2 c. white self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and cook in a well-greased hot iron skillet at 400° to 450° until golden brown.

    Remove from skillet as soon as it is taken out of oven.
