  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • crisp bacon (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Bake cornbread according to package directions. Cool and crumble cornbread into large mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, diced green pepper and diced tomato. Fold in Miracle Whip. Serve immediately or chilled. Add crisp bacon if desired.
