  • cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 c. red kidney beans
  • 1 c. raw vegetables
  • cheese
  • can whole kernal corn (drained)
  • can peas (drained)

Directions

    Layer in pan:

    crumbled cornbread, red kidney beans, vegetables (onions, green peppers, corn, cucumbers and peas, for example).

    Mix sweet pickle juice and mayonnaise to a thin mixture.

    Pour over top of cornbread mixture.

    Top with cheese. Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
