Cornbread Salad

  • 3 c. cornbread crumbled (Jiffy)
  • 1 c. fresh cauliflower chopped
  • 1 c. mild onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli chopped
  • 1 c. fresh carrots grated
  • 2 c. fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits

Directions

    Crumble cornbread in 7x11 container, mix broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

    Spread over cornbread.

    Spread onions then tomatoes, top with Miracle Whip and then bacon bits.

    Place in refrigerator.

    When ready to serve spoon out amount you want and mix.

    Rest will keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
