  • 1 (8-inch) cake cornbread
  • 2 cans pintos, drained
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lb. crisp fried bacon, crumbled
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. dill pickle juice

    In a large dish crumble cornbread.

    Spread beans on bread. Layer tomatoes, peppers, onions and bacon on top.

    Set aside. Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice.

    Blend well.
