  • 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix with jalapeno, cooked
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cans Mexican chili beans, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • bacon bits

Directions

    Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing. Crumble cornbread in a baking dish (8 x 10-inch).
