- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix (for extra spicy, use 1 pkg. jalapeno and 1 regular)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Prepare cornbread as directed on the package.

2Cook and crumble.

3Add bacon and chopped vegetables.

4Stir in mayonnaise. Chill until served.

5It's better if made a day ahead and kept in the refrigerator overnight.
