Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 medium pan cornbread
  • 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, cool and crumble
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 or 3 dill pickles, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/4 c. pickle liquid
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 small tomatoes

Directions

    Mix ingredients together except tomatoes. When serving, top with the tomatoes. Let set overnight or at least several hours. (I chop all my ingredients very fine.)
