- 1 medium pan cornbread
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, cool and crumble
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 or 3 dill pickles, cut in small pieces
- 1 1/4 c. pickle liquid
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 4 small tomatoes
Directions

1Mix ingredients together except tomatoes. When serving, top with the tomatoes. Let set overnight or at least several hours. (I chop all my ingredients very fine.)
