Ingredients
- 1 doz. medium size corncobs
- 3 c. corn juice
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 qt. water
- 1 1/4 oz. pkg. powdered pectin
Directions

1Wash corncobs and cut into 4-inch lengths.

2Place in container.

3Add 2 quarts of water.

4Bring to boil.

5Heat and boil slowly for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Strain the juice.

7Measure out 3 cups of juice into a large container.

8Add powdered pectin and bring to a boil.

9Add sugar and again bring to boiling point. Boil 5 minutes.

10Skim.
-
11Pour into sterilized jars.

12Seal.
