  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • 1-1/2 cups finely chopped cooked corned beef
  • 1 cup VELVEETA Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)

Directions

    Mix potatoes and parsley; spoon into 2-quart casserole.

    Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over potato mixture.
