  • 1/2 box elbow macaroni
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. oleo (over top)

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain.

    Combine with the rest of the ingredients except crumbs (cut up corned beef in cubes).

    Top with crumbs and butter and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
