Corned Beef Casserole

  • 8 oz. or 2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 12 oz. can corned beef, flaked
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. buttered crumbs
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling water (salted).

    Drain and rinse. Combine remaining ingredients except crumbs.

    Alternate with layers of macaroni in buttered 2-quart casserole.

    Top with buttered bread crumbs.

    Bake in preheated 375° oven for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
