Corned Beef Casserole

  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked
  • 12 oz. can corned beef
  • 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 3/4 c. crumbs for topping
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms

Directions

    Drain noodles, dice corned beef, cheese, celery, green pepper and mushrooms.

    Add all ingredients to noodles and bake in a 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Serves 8 to 10.

    Can use a 10 x 12-inch pan if preferred.
