Corned Beef Casserole

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 12 oz. corned beef (canned)
  • 1/4 lb. cheese, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. dry
  • 1 c. herb dressing crumbs
  • 1 lb. frozen peas

Directions

    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Add beef, cheese, soup, milk, onion and peas.

    Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.

    Top with bread dressing crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until peas are tender and cheese is melted.
