- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 12 oz. corned beef (canned)
- 1/4 lb. cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. dry
- 1 c. herb dressing crumbs
- 1 lb. frozen peas
Directions

1Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Add beef, cheese, soup, milk, onion and peas.

2Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.

3Top with bread dressing crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until peas are tender and cheese is melted.
