Corned Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 or 8 oz.) noodles
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 pieces bread
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender.

    Drain. Add corned beef, cut up cheese, soup, milk and onion, diced very small.

    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.

    Cook, covered, at 350°

    for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Using 3 slices of bread make buttered bread cubes.

    Place these on top of casserole and bake for additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
