Corned Beef Casserole

  • 12 oz. can corned beef
  • 8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (small) evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook and drain noodles. Melt butter. Add pepper and onions and simmer 5 minutes. Layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of onions and peppers and 1/2 of cheese. Crumble all corned beef. Repeat. Mix milk and soup and pour over casserole. Top with corn flakes (crushed). Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
