  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked with salted water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. onions

    In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer half of all the ingredients. Layer second with the remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts and casserole is warmed through, about 30 minutes.
