  • 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (12 oz.) can chopped corned beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. cubed American cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced onion

Directions

    Combine corned beef, soup, milk, cheese and onion.

    Alternate layers of cooked macaroni and meat mixture in a deep 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 325° or until casserole is bubbling all around outside edge.
