Ingredients
- 1 round loaf rye bread
- 1 1/3 pt. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
- 1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 or 3 (3 oz.) pkg. shredded corned beef
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except bread).

2Cut top off loaf of round rye bread and hollow out.

3Cut top of loaf and residue from loaf into bite sized pieces for dipping.

4Pour prepared dip into loaf.

5Wrap and refrigerate until needed.

6Marbled pumpernickel and rye is also a nice bread to use.
