- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can olives, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, grated

1Heat corned beef in pan.

2Heat enchilada sauce and heat oil. Dip corn tortilla in oil to soften, dip in enchilada sauce, put on plate and fill with corned beef and roll.

3Top with cheese. Sprinkle on a few teaspoons enchilada sauce.
