- 195 g tinned corned beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 5 medium mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped, if desired
- 3 small eggs
- salt and pepper (to season)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2Spread the corned beef evenly over an 18 cm. flan dish, packing it up the sides.

3Put all the chopped ingredients on top of the corned beef.

4Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

5Pour on top of the vegetables.

6Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

7Serve hot with boiled carrots and potatoes or cold with salad.

8Can also be served on its own.
