- 7 medium potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 qt. leftover hash
Directions

1Crumble sausage.

2Add chopped onions and fry.

3When cooked, stir in chopped potatoes and fry until done.

4Scramble up eggs. Pour eggs on potatoes and fry.

5Once they are done, stir in hash and fry all together.

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve.

8Add picante sauce if wanted.
