  • 1 loaf Corned beef
  • 1 bunch Of Several potatoes
  • 1/2 head Onion
  • 6 clove Garlic
  • 2 stick Carrot

    Prepare corned beef with desired spices.

    Look up directions on how to cook corned beef in a crock pot and then do that :) It is highly recommended to stray away from preparing ground corned beef because your breakfast hash will not be as tasty.

    Prepare a real slab of corned beef.

    Put carrots and some of the onion In the crock pot to cook with the corned beef.

    Once that's done, eat some of it for dinner.

    Save the rest for breakfast...

    In the morning: pull corned beef apart into small strands and pan fry on low.

    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

    Either dice potatoes or grate them, season to your liking.

    Put diced or shredded potatoes in a large oiled pan (olive oil, butter, or canola oil work).

    Transfer corned beef, onions, and garlic to this pan.

    Cook until potatoes become cooked hashbrowns.

    Serve and drizzle any sauces or spices on top of corned beef hash.
