  • 2 c. sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. corned beef, crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Swiss shredded cheese
  • 6 slices black bread
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Mix sauerkraut with the sour cream.

    Put in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.

    Crumble the corned beef on top.

    Sprinkle cheese on top of corned beef.

    Dice the 6 slices of dark bread and cover the cheese.

    Drizzle 1 stick oleo over bread.
