- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 3 ounces corned beef thinly sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon onions instant minced

1Heat oven to 325F (160C).

2Grease an 11 x 7-inch or 8-inch square baking dish.

3Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

4Tear corned beef into small pieces into egg mixture.

5Stir in cheese and onion.

6Pour into prepared baking dish.

7Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
