  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. green chopped pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can corned beef

    Mix jello, bouillon and hot water.

    Add Miracle Whip and cream cheese.

    Mix well and cool.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well and let set.

    This also makes a good dip for vegetables or crackers.
