  • 1 tin corned beef
  • 1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. or 1 tsp. chopped onion (optional)

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in water; cool slightly.

    Add mayo and crumbled corned beef.

    Add vegetables and mix well.

    Pour into 8 x 8-inch square and refrigerate several hours.
