- 6 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can corned beef, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- cabbage
Directions

1Layer potatoes and carrots in casserole.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Layer minced corned beef over potatoes and carrots, then add layer of onion.

4Next add layer of cabbage and dot with butter.

5Mix soup and sauce and pour over vegetables.

6Bake in 375° oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

7Yields 6 servings.
