- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. cardamon
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 1 oz. liquid smoke
- 1 oz. water
- 1 oz. vinegar
Directions

1Mix ground venison with pieces.

2Roll between wax paper to 1/4-inch thickness.

3Mix liquid smoke, vinegar and water.

4Brush on meat.

5Bake on lowest temperature for 3 to 4 hours.

6Prop oven door ajar.

7When meat is dry, cut in strips and store in a tight container.
