- 5 lb. flour
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 4 c. warm water (more or less)
Directions

1Mix yeast and warm water to dissolve.

2Add sugar and 3 tablespoons flour and let stand until bubbly.

3Add salt and remaining flour.

4Knead really well until smooth.

5Cut and form cornetti and let rise again.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
