  • 8 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Creamy Italian dressing
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Lightly grease bottom of baking dish.

    Dip chicken in beaten eggs.

    Roll chicken in cornflakes (both sides).

    Line them in the baking dish.

    Cover the chicken with creamy Italian dressing. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Cover with foil for only the first 30 minutes.

    Serve over rice or with noodles.
