- 1 1/2 lb. Cornish hen
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. instant chicken flavor bouillon
- 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Cut hen in half. Sprinkle with salt.

2In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook hen until brown on both sides, about 10 minutes. Stir in bouillon and 1 cup water.

3Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 15 minutes. In cup, mix flour and 1 tablespoon water.

4Gradually stir into liquid in skillet. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
