- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

2Combine milk, oil, honey and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart, onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

3Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
