- 1/2 cups Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1/4 cups Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 1 loaf Baguette
- Goat Cheese Or Your Favorite Spreadable Cheese, Optional For Serving

1In a medium saucepan, add the first six ingredients.

2Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

3Continue cooking, stirring and mashing often, until the jam has thickened, about 10 minutes.

4Remove from heat and let it cool.

5Slice baguette into 1/3 inch thick pieces and toast until golden brown on each side.

6Spread the toasts with goat cheese and top with the jam.
