  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (29-ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 5 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, sweetened, whipped, if desired
  • Ground cinnamon, if desired

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Grease 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

    Combine all filling ingredients in bowl.

    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 25-30 minutes or until partially set.

    Combine 3/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Sprinkle topping over hot, partially baked pumpkin filling.
