- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- water
Directions

1Mix cornmeal and flour well and mix with enough water to make it stick together.

2It should be very stiff.

3Roll into balls about the size of an egg and cook on top of greens, collards, turnips or cabbage.

4Cook about 15 to 20 minutes on boiling greens.
