- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix sugars, flour and cornmeal.

2Beat eggs slightly; add to this mixture.

3Mix well.

4Stir in milk and margarine or butter. Add vanilla and vinegar; pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
