  • 2 c. hot milk
  • 1 tsp. cold pressed oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Scald cornmeal with milk and add oil and salt.

    Cool to lukewarm.

    Add the eggs and beat well. Heat well
