- 1 1/4 c. whole cornmeal
- 2 c. hot milk
- 1 tsp. cold pressed oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Scald cornmeal with milk and add oil and salt.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Add the eggs and beat well. Heat well

7tins in the oven until very hot and quickly fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.

8Bake immediately 25 to 30 minutes.

9Serve at once.
