- 4 eggs
- 1 cup gorgonzola, finely crumbled (chilled)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Beat eggs and Gorgonzola cheese with electric mixer.

2Add milk, butter, flour and salt and beat just until batter is smooth.

3Pour into well greased 3/4 cup capacity popover pans, filling each about 3/4 full.

4Bake for 25 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer until puffed and browned.
