- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- melted margarine
Directions

1Sift together flour, cornmeal, soda, baking powder, sugar and salt.

2Blend egg into the sour cream.

3Stir in dry ingredients. Turn dough onto floured pastry cloth and knead lightly.

4Roll 1/4-inch thick.

5Cut with 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.

6Brush with melted margarine.

7Crease and fold over.

8Sprinkle lightly with cornmeal.

9Place on baking sheet and bake in 425° oven 8 to 10 minutes.

10Makes 10 to 12 rolls.
