- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. chive cream cheese or 8 oz. container chive/onion cream cheese
- 4 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 loaf unsliced white bread
Directions

1Melt cream cheese, sharp cheese and butter in double boiler. Fold in egg whites.

2Remove crust from bread.

3Cut in 1-inch squares.

4Dip bread cubes in warm cheese.

5Put on wax lined cookie sheet.

6Freeze.

7When frozen put in plastic bag or container.

8When ready to serve, pop in oven for 10 minutes at 400°.

9Good appetizer to have on hand for unexpected occasions.
