- 4 oz. oil
- soy
- lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb. cappellini
- 1 small onion
- tomato
- carrot
- 20 black olives
- steamed broccoli
Directions

1Cook pasta; drain and rinse.

2Put in a large serving bowl.

3Mix oil, soy, lemon juice and 10 drops of Tabasco sauce.

4Add oil mixture to pasta.

5Toss well.

6Chop all vegetables.

7Add to pasta. Toss again.

8Add more Tabasco sauce, if needed.

9Let sit three hours or overnight.

10Great to take on a picnic.
