  • 16 oz Frozen Sweet Corn (thawed)
  • 5 tbsp Butter (salted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cup Yellow Corn Meal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Tobasco Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar

    Preheat oven to 375.

    In a food processor, puree corn with butter, eggs, and water until almost no kernels remain whole.

    Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly.

    Mixture will be slightly chunky, not completely smooth.

    Spray 9-inch round baking dish with cooking spray and pour in batter.
