- 5 tbsp Butter (salted)
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cup Yellow Corn Meal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Tobasco Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar

1Preheat oven to 375.

2In a food processor, puree corn with butter, eggs, and water until almost no kernels remain whole.

3Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly.

4Mixture will be slightly chunky, not completely smooth.

5Spray 9-inch round baking dish with cooking spray and pour in batter.

6Bake ate 375 for 50 minutes.
