- 3 to 4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped (2 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes may be substituted)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 one-day-old biscuits, crumbled
- 1/4 c. (or more) sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 graham crackers, crumbled
Directions

1In baking dish, arrange layers of bread crumbs and tomatoes. Sprinkle each layer of tomatoes with sugar and nutmeg.

2Put graham cracker crumbs over the top and dot with butter.

3Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes.
