"Corny" Cornbread

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted (1/2 stick works)
  • 1 c. sour cream (I have used plain yogurt)
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in order given.

    Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
