  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. water

    Dip hot dogs in batter.

    Deep fry or use a skillet which can hold approximately 3 inches of oil.
