  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp peppermint extract
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 12 white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peppermint candies, crushed

    In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

    Using an electric mixer, beat eggs, peppermint extract, butter, and sugar until combined.

    Add dry ingredients from step 1 to egg mixture.

    Beat until just blended.

    Divide dough in half and form into two logs on a parchment lined cooking sheet.
