  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Place cheese in blender until creamy.

    Add sugar and beaten eggs, then milk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell (8-inch).

    Bake in hot (400°) oven for 5 minutes.
