- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Place cheese in blender until creamy.

2Add sugar and beaten eggs, then milk and vanilla.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell (8-inch).

4Bake in hot (400°) oven for 5 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 325°.

6Continue baking for 20 minutes more.
