- 1 1/2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 lemon, rind of, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts, Chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Press the cheese through a sieve 2 times.

3Add the butter, sugar, salt, flour, lemon rind, unbeaten egg yolks, chopped raisins, nuts and milk.

4Stir well.

5Beat the egg whites until stiff.

6Fold into cheese mixture.

7Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and firm.
