Ingredients
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese with pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients.

2Cut in butter, using a pastry blender.

3Add milk to cottage cheese and stir into flour mixture. Round up dough on floured board; roll to 1/8 inch thickness.

4Cut into 1/2 inch strips; cut each 3 inches long.

5Place strips on a greased baking sheet, either twisted or laid flat and pricked with a fork.

6Sprinkle with paprika and celery seed.

7Refrigerate until serving.

8Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

9Remove to cooling racks, serve warm.
